1.  Complete a Come and Try registration form, available from the registration desk and pay the come and try fee of $5 per child.
  2. Place a sticker on your child with their name on it.
  3. To work out what age group you belong to refer to the age group tables on the notice board.
  4. Find your child’s age group tub, and enter your child’s name in the folder.
  5. Athletes will be called for a warm up, after that your child will compete in the event listed in the folder with their age group.

Yes:  HDLAC has registered to participate in the State Government Sports voucher program. The program provides all primary school students with a once off $50 discount voucher on sporting club fees.   When registering on-line you will be able to enter in the required information to access the $50 voucher offered by the Sate Government, which, will reduce your registration fee, by $50.

Your child will be allocated to a group for Friday night competition.  Check the age group tubs and locate which group your child has been allocated.  It’s OK for your child to swap groups, i.e. from the red group to the blue group in their age group.

The 2017/18 Season will officially commence on Friday, 16th September.  There will be 22 meets at Henley Oval.  The last meet is on Friday 10th March.  We have a four-week break over Christmas/New Year.  Throughout the season, athletes will have opportunity to compete in interclub events at SA Athletics Stadium.

YES, on Friday night your child/children must compete in uniform.

If you child competes at interclub events or championship event they MUST be in full uniform, which includes Registration Badge, Age badge & Jetstar badge.  Badges will be in your bag ready for collection a week or so after you have registered on-line.

Training is on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 5.00 pm till 6.30pm at the club. Training is included in the registration and there is no added cost to come and train with our experienced coaches

Little Athletics requires parents to participate on Friday nights this includes Tiny Tots, recording, measuring and raking the sandpit.  In addition all parents are rostered on to assist in the canteen, BBQ or with set up once or twice a season.  Please check the rosters on a regular basis.

We are always looking for help! Donations, sponsorship, coaching, committee member are just a few you can help with. Please speak with a committee member if you are able to support our club in any capacity.

Henley Districts Little Athletic Centre has been developing young athletes for over 40 years.  Each year we have over 300 registered athletes.  As our athletes develop and grow, many participate in in various local, state and national based competitions either at club level or school level.
